Support & Privacy policy

GoalDigger Privacy Policy Last updated: October 2026GoalDigger helps you follow the football someone you care about follows, so you can join the conversation. This policy explains what the app keeps, where, and for how long. What stays on your phone only Your first name, the first name of the person you follow, who they are to you (partner, parent, sibling, friend), your quiz and Lingo progress, and your saved lines. These never leave your device. If you add fixtures to your calendar, those events live in your own calendar. What we store on our servers To send you notifications we keep one record per device:the notification token Apple gives your iPhone (not your phone number or Apple ID)
the clubs you follow and the content level you chose
your time zone, so kickoff times in notifications are right for you
whether the token is for a test build or the App Store build
your Called It picks for a match, if you make any
If you use Live Activities, we also keep the Live Activity tokens Apple issues so we can update the score on your Lock Screen.
We do not collect your email, phone number, location or any payment details. There are no accounts and nothing to log in to.How we use it Only to send you the notifications and live updates you asked for, about the clubs you follow. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to profile you.Advertising measurement (Meta) We advertise GoalDigger on Facebook and Instagram. To know whether an ad led to an install, the app includes Meta's SDK. When you open the app it sends Meta basic app events, such as the install and app opens, together with device information Meta uses for ad measurement, and it also reports through Apple's SKAdNetwork. If you tap "Allow" when iOS asks about tracking, your device's advertising identifier is included too. Tap "Ask App Not to Track" and it is not, and the app works exactly the same. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking. We never send Meta your names, the clubs you follow or your picks. Meta's own policy covers what Meta does with this data. How long we keep it Your device record stays while you use the app. Records whose token Apple reports as no longer valid are switched off and deleted after 90 days. Live Activity tokens are deleted after the match, and unused ones after 90 days. Technical error logs are kept for up to 90 days.Deleting your data Settings, then Delete My Data. This deletes your device record and Live Activity token from our servers straight away, and clears everything the app stored on your phone, including your names and progress. You can also just delete the app; your server record is then removed once Apple tells us the token is no longer valid.Children GoalDigger is not aimed at children under 13.Changes If this policy changes we will update the date above.
